The NCK Wellness Center is open and ready to have you back!  All areas are open regular hours and we do not need to have any advance reservations.  We have worked hard to make the Wellness Center a safe and clean place for you to workout.  Equipment is placed 6’ apart, Class spaces are marked to keep participants 6’ apart, disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer are available in all areas.  According to the recommended guidelines, we recommend you take your mask off while exercising and also when using our pool.  Social distancing, washing hands, and wiping down equipment after use are highly encouraged. Please don’t use the Wellness Center if you are not feeling well or have been exposed to the virus.  Let’s keep all our members safe!
