Classics
Join the age-defying workout to improve your daily performance. Perform sitting or standing aerobics, strength & balance exercises customized to your capabilities. Stretching concludes this class.
Boot Camp
A body shaping workout with a combination of sculpting exercises, drills, & short bursts of explosive cardio movements to give a maximum calorie burn. This is a super effective and efficient workout that is designed to burn up to 3 times more fat than cardio alone.
Cardio Combo
Get your heart pumping with a combination of hi/low impact aerobics, step aerobics, interval or circuit training, followed by some total body strength training.
Cardio Pump
Get your heart pumping with a combination of hi/low impact aerobics, step aerobics, interval or circuit training, followed by some total body strength training
Hi/Lo
High intensity class involving choreography of high impact and low impact floor aerobics while incorporating some kick boxing. Finish off with some strength training using weights, bands and balls.
Kickboxing
A mix of punches, kicks and combo moves to tone and sculpt your body in a fun and energetic workout. Learn the proper technique of kickboxing punches and kicks while burning calories. This workout includes a half hour of cardio kickboxing, a half hour of toning with abdominal work, and ending with relaxing stretches. Kickboxing is for an intermediate fitness level.
Step
Power up with beginner to intermediate step aerobics followed by strengthening exercises using weights, bands and balls.
Tighter Assets
That’s right, just like it sounds. Join us for an intense well-balanced strength workout where you will tone, sculpt & increase muscular endurance. No muscle is left untouched so you can achieve “tighter assets”!
Tone & Sculpt
A strength training workout using dumbbells, bands, and balls to work every major muscle group.
