Cardio Combo
Get your heart pumping with a combination of hi/low impact aerobics, step aerobics, interval or circuit training, followed by some total body strength training.
Classics
Join the age-defying workout to improve your daily performance and function. Perform sitting or standing low intensity aerobics, strength & balance exercises customized to your capabilities.  Stretching concludes this class.  For those who want a greater challenge exercise on the ball and work the core.
Turbo Kick
Get ready for a hard core workout using kicks, jabs and punches! Challenge your cardiovascular system while you improve your body strength. This class is recommended for intermediate and advanced exercisers.
Tone & Sculpt
A strength training workout using dumbbells, bands, and balls to work every major muscle group.
Step
Power up with beginner to intermediate step aerobics followed by strengthening exercises using weights, bands and balls.
Hi/Lo
High intensity class involving choreography of high impact and low impact floor aerobics while incorporating some kick boxing. Finish off with some strength training using weights, bands and balls.
Step-N-Sculpt
Power up with 35 minutes of step aerobics adding some basic plyometrics, followed by 25 minutes of strength training and abdominal work. Fun, high energy and lots of fat burning!
