To sign up for a membership, 1. print and fill out paperwork by clicking the buttons below.  Scroll down to 2. purchase your membership3. Give the WC a call at 738-3995 to set your appointment with us to complete the membership signup process.  At that appointment, you will turn in your paperwork, pick up your keytag and front door keyfob, and schedule your fitness assessment and you’ll be on your way to a healthier lifestyle!

Only going to be in town for a few days but want to stay in a workout routine?  A daypass may be the way to go!  Call or visit the WC during Front Desk Business Hours to access the facility!

**A family membership can include a primary member, second adult member, and dependents under age 21 living in the same household. Children (under 14) have access to the pool, gym, walking track, and racquetball court and must be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times.

Group Exercise Classes- FREE
Group exercise classes (water, land, & cycle) are included with membership.
Blood Pressure/Heart Rate Assesment – FREE

Please see Lori, Janea, or Crystal to have your heart rate and/or blood pressure taken.
1. Orientation to the Facility – FREE

We’ll take you on a tour of the facility and answer any questions you may have.
2. Get Moving – FREE during 1st 2 weeks
We will use your health history and fitness goals to design a realistic, personalized program to fit you. We will show you how to use and determine your settings on any machines that we incorporate in your workout. This takes approximately one hour.
3. Kick Start – $45
This package includes a 30 minute consultation and a 1 hour personal training session.  During these sessions, we’ll discuss your health history, your goals, and record weight, body fat, and measurements.  We’ll then get your settings on the necessary weight machines.  During the training session, we will go through a typical workout with you as your personal trainer to be sure that you understand how the workout is set up and make the transition to working out by yourself seamless.  Adjustments will be made to the settings and workout at this point if needed.  
4. Workout Development
This package includes a 30 minute consultation and workout development.  We’ll discuss your health history, your goals, and record weight, body fat, and measurements if desired.  We’ll develop a workout plan to fit your needs.  You can choose to have us design a one-week workout plan (3 or 5 workouts) or a full month workout plan (12 or 20 workouts) and show you how to do the exercises you don’t know how to do. 

5 days per week for a month (20 workouts): $65

3 days per week for a month (12 workouts): $45

5 days per week plan (5 workouts): $50

3 days per week plan (3 workouts): $30  

5. Workout Development with Accountability
 

This package includes a 30 minute consultation, workout development, and we’ll hold you to those workouts!  We’ll discuss your health history, your goals, and record weight, body fat, and measurements if desired.  We’ll develop a workout plan to fit your needs.  You can choose to have us design a one-week workout plan (3 or 5 workouts) or a full month workout plan (12 or 20 workouts) and show you how to do the exercises you don’t know how to do.  What makes this different is that we’ll check in with you each week to make sure necessary modifications can be made, your workouts from the past week are complete, and your workouts for the upcoming week are on your schedule. 

5 days per week for a month (20 workouts): $100

3 days per week for a month (12 workouts): $75

6. Personal Training
One on One Training: $30/session; $25/multiple sessions.

Partner Training: $25/person/session; $22/person/multiple sessions.

Small Group Training: $22/person/session; $20/person/multiple sessions.

7. Strength Kit – $80
Free Weights- We’ll schedule a one hour session to record maximum lifts on all core lifts (to get lift percentages) so we can design a 3-4 day a week workout plan for a 6-week period.  Every 2 weeks, you will receive a different plan, and at the end of 6 weeks, we’ll meet with you for a one hour session to record maximum lifts.  Maximum lifts will be compared to see what gains you made over the course of the program. 

Individual: $80, Partner: $40/person: Groups: $30/person

8. Strength Kit 55 – $80
Free weights & machine weights- We’ll schedule a one hour session to record maximum lifts on all core lifts (to get lift percentages) so we can design a 3-4 day a week workout plan for a 6-week period.  Every 2 weeks, you will receive a different plan, and at the end of 6 weeks, we’ll meet with you for a one hour session to record maximum lifts.  Maximum lifts will be compared to see what gains you made over the course of the program. 

Individual: $80, Partner: $40/person: Groups: $30/person

9. Strength Kit 90 – $80
Machine weights (selectorized circuit)- We’ll schedule a one hour session to show you how to use the appropriate machines, and get settings and starting weights on the selectorized machines, so we can design a 3-4 day a week workout plan for a 6-week period.  You’ll work through that plan.  At the end of 6 weeks, we’ll meet with you for a one hour session to review form on the machines, discuss gains over the course of the program, and answer any questions you may have. 

Individual: $80, Partner: $40/person: Groups: $30/person

10. Racquetball Training – $30
If you want to learn how to play racquetball, this training is for you!  You can bring in as many people as you want to learn how to play.  Wyatt will go through the basic rules and regulations of racquetball with you to get you started. 
11. Rock that Dress – $350-$550
Jill will design a personal training package for you to get that beautiful body in that dress, tank top, or outfit you’ve always wanted!  Program will include body composition assessment, workout sessions 1-2 times per week plus homework.  Workout will include strength conditioning, plyometrics, core development, and muscle defininition. 

2 months- (16 sessions): $350

3 months- (26 sessions): $550

12. WC Fit Package – $100
Our Go To…Get Moving Package includes a 30 minute consultation, 3 one-hour personal training sessions, and a 30 minute follow up and goal session.  See Personal Training & Workout Development Options brochure for the details.
13. The Forrest Gump – $125
Train for a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, or Full Marathon.  Chad will meet with you for a 30 minute consult which could include observation of running form and ability to establish speed and endurance baseline.  He’ll then develop a 12 or 16-week workout program for you and check in with you weekly to see how training is going and make any necessary modifications.  
14. The “Chad”illac – $30
Chad will meet with you for a personal training session focused on running technique and form to help you run smoother with less effort and stay injury free.  Good for anyone wanting to run at least once a week.  This training will be useful for all distances from sprints to marathons.  
Towel Service – $3/Month or $36/YR
Towels available at the front desk.
Locker Rental – $5/Month or $60/YR
Choose a locker in either the gym or pool locker rooms and let the front desk attendant know which locker number you chose. Locks are not provided.
