Mandy Fincham- INSTRUCTOR
A half hour of intense intervals which include HIIT 30, HIIT 60, Ladder Intervals, or Tabata Intervals. This is a calorie burning workout which boosts your metabolism as you give it your all in short bursts of energy.
Cathy Harris - INSTRUCTOR
Get your cardio in with a variety of machines for your early morning one hour workout! Workout to several machine routines or create a routine of your choice during this class!
Crystal Cunningham-INSTRUCTOR
Maximize your time and efforts in this 45 mintue balanced workout that includes the perfect mix of cardio and muscle strength training. Expect a variety of cardio formats to include hi/lo, step, kickboxing, and athletic drills, while the strength training exercises utilize dumbbells, bands, and balls.
Jill Grauerholz - INSTRUCTOR
High Cardio Intervals- uses jumping, squats, and agility drills, followed by abs and arms with bands. This class will keep you moving and thinking. Not for those with knee or hip injuries. Low impact options are available for those with injuries.

For the beginners taht want to get in shape but don't know where to start. This class will include the basics of cardio & strength training utilizing proper technique. All ages are welcome and the instructor will adapt to one's needs if you have special limitations.

Tami Roberts-INSTRUCTOR
Cardio.Strenght.Intervals. This class combines the best of high intensity cardio moves with innovative strength trainnig, for the perfect total workout! We will mix it up by using step, the ball, and floor routines along with weights, bands, adn core strengthening.
Angela Waters-INSTRUCTOR
This class will provide a low-impact workout that is easy on your joints but will still make you sweat. We will combine cardio and strength training for a full-body workout and will use a variety of equipment to keep class fun and interesting ---weights, steps, balls, bands, etc. Anybody can do it!
Kim Budke - INSTRUCTOR
This class combines full-body resistance training and continuous cardio training. You get nothing but the best total body conditioning. Cycles of cardio, strength, and core with a no-nonsense approach to coreography. This class is simple, athletic, intense, and your ticket to building cardio and resistance strength and endurance.
Jill Grauerholz- INSTRUCTOR
A breakthrough muscle shaping system with the use of lightweight toning sticks that you use like a set of maracas. This workout will help you build coordination, muscular strength, and reshape your body. This exciting breakthrough program is designed to offer you a safe and yet very effective total body toning body workout. This class is available to everyone. No previous dance or ZUMBA experience required.
Raeleene Beam - INSTRUCTOR
This class represents an introduction to basic yoga poses. There will be an emphasis on stretching, strengthening, coordination of breath with movement and attention to alignment. This class is a multi-level, non-competitive class designed to introduce beginners to the benefits of yoga, yet challenge continuing students. Yoga mats are provided.

Tuesdays: Join us for an ON FIRE combo weight workout that will get your heartrate up while toning the upper & lowerbody as well as working the core!!! Throw in a few one-minute cardio bursts and you are ready to conquer the day!!!
Thursdays: 30.30.30- Join us for a new and exciting 30 second interval overall body blast! We will be working all body regions with 10-minutes of cardio mixed in for a super calorie burn!!!
Fridays: Add-on- Join us for a powerful class where we will mix it up by choosing from a variety of workouts each week.
