Power Hour Strength

Mandy Fincham- INSTRUCTOR
Build strength & stamina by completing a "Power Hour" each week with Mandy! Weights, reps, and technique is the key to success in this hour. Mandy will start with a warm-up, then comes either an extensive upper body or lower body workout, followed by 11 killer core moves & a cool down. If you're looking to tighten your entire body while scorching away calories-this is the class for you! Come every week for an all over hour toner!


Kickin' Power Chisel

Jill Grauerholz - INSTRUCTOR
A weight training workout set to motivating music using dumbbells to work every major muscle group.


Zumba

Lean & Mean

Kim Budke - INSTRUCTOR
Begin your day with a series of toning and strengthening exercises with weights, bands, and balls all performed continuously to keep your heart rate up for a maximum fat-burning workout!


Intro to Yoga

Raeleene Beam - INSTRUCTOR
Take a few of these intro classes to learn the breathing an dmovements necessary to participate in the Monday & Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm Yoga class. Do not eat a substantial meal within two hours of class.


Yoga

Raeleene Beam - INSTRUCTOR
This class represents an introduction to basic yoga poses. There will be an emphasis on stretching, strengthening, coordination of breath with movement and attention to alignment. This class is a multi-level, non-competitive class designed to introduce beginners to the benefits of yoga, yet challenge continuing students. Yoga mats are provided.


Boot Camp

Tami Roberts - INSTRUCTOR
A body shaping workout with a combination of sculpting exercises, drills, & short bursts of explosive cardio movements to give a maximum calorie burn. This is a super effective and efficient workout that is designed to burn up to 3 times more fat than cardio alone.


Kick & Burn

Jill Grauerholz - INSTRUCTOR
Cardio mixture of kickboxing/plyometric & strength moves to keep you sweating, incorporates fast strength moves with light weights to increase endurance


Morning Xtreme

Come join us for short bursts of intense cardio, mixed with weight training from head to toe!
