Life Fitness circuit pieces target all major muscle groups and provides a defined path of motion.
FREE WEIGHTS
Free weight area includes a cable crossover, dumbbells from 5-100lb, a Smith Machine, Olympic flat, incline, and decline benches, an arm curl bench, chin/dip/leg raise, along with numerous other pieces.
INDOOR POOL AND SPA
NCAA regulation size lap and exercise pool and a large spa with bench seating
WALKING/JOGGING TRACK
cushioned surface; 20 laps equals one mile
GROUP EXERCISE ROOM
specialized wood floor system to reduce impact on joints
GYMNASIUM
full size gym for various sport activities, informal recreation and other special events
